Late Morning
A road leads through the snowy hills, past a distant barn, while deer and a fox can be seen, viewed through an imaginary crack between two barnboards in a hayloft. Created shortly after my father's death, a memorial to William Hunt is included among the tiny writings scribed into the copper plate. It's sister image is "Early Evening," printed from the same plate but handpainted with sunset and shadowed snow colors.
